Last year, my daughter’s preschool class had a gingerbread house decorating party on their last day of school before Christmas break. Since were the lucky one’s designated to bring snack that day, I wanted to come up with something festive, yet easy. So, inspired by One Charming Party’s North Pole Cupcakes, we came up with these Gingerbread cupcakes. To make, simply follow One Charming Party’s instructions for making the “North Pole” using a candy cane and a red Gobstopper, then add a little gingerbread cookie in front, and finish up with a little red frosting for buttons. So easy and so cute!! I’ve already had a request from my girls to make them again this year!
